ZW32M permanent magnet outdoor high voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker is a new type of switchgear in the HONLE vacuum circuit breaker series. The rated voltage is 40.5 kV. It is suitable for overhead lines and industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, substations and other places of this voltage level. The ZW32M permanent magnet outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker can meet the operating requirements of various protections of the power grid in the running state, including closing and breaking short-circuit currents, and has excellent operation performance. The product meets the requirements of automatic reclosing, and has the characteristics of high operational reliability and long electrical service life.

YC-40.5 type operating mechanism
The design and parameters of a new generation vacuum circuit breaker equipped with a new permanent magnet mechanism. The operating mechanism adopts the magnetic system of hard magnetic alloy, the mechanism adopts permanent magnetic flux for closing and holding, and opening spring for opening and holding. A single coil can provide switching operations based on the direction of the excitation current. The mechanism is connected by a linkage operating shaft, which is equipped with auxiliary switches and interlocking controls. This design makes the product have a long mechanical life and is maintenance-free during the entire life cycle.
