The core is made of cold rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity grain orientation. The iron core is a core type iron core and a full inclined joint integral iron core. The iron core column is a circular section of multi-level steps, and the iron yoke and the iron core are of equal section.
It is applicable to the power system with AC 50Hz and rated working voltage of 10kV and below. It is used as the distribution transformer in petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, light industry and other enterprises and places with large dust.
1.The transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated wall, and the surface is sprayed with dust and the paint film is firm. Corrugated heat sink not only has cooling function, but also has "breathing" function. The elasticity of corrugated heat sink can compensate the change of transformer oil volume caused by temperature rise and fall. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oil conservator, which reduces the overall height of the transformer.
2.When the transformer is packaged, the vacuum oil filling process is adopted to completely remove the moisture in the transformer, and the transformer oil does not contact with the air. It can effectively prevent oxygen and moisture from invading the transformer, resulting in the decline of transformer insulation performance and the aging of transformer oil, and improve the reliability of transformer operation.
1.All transformers are equipped with tube sockets of glass thermometer, which are set at the top of the oil tank and extend into the oil for 120 ± 10mm.
2.The 1000 ~ 2000kVA transformer is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer.
1.Transformers in all capacity sections are equipped with pressure relief valves.
2.Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements.
The winding adopts corrugated oil duct, no paint dipping process, and binding with tightening belt; The windings are concentric coils: the high-voltage winding has taps corresponding to the tap voltage requirements, which are led to the tap switch. The switch is installed on the box cover and the tap voltage can be changed only after the power supply is cut off.
