KYN28A-12(GZS1-12Z) mid-set type metal-clad and metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a
new type product designed and developed by our company with domestic and international advanced technologies, it is an
ideal upgrading product for replacing the old metal-enclosed switchgear such as KYN1-10, JYN2-10, GBC-10 and so on. Its
advantages as follows:
The cabinet shell is made of al-zinc-coated steel sheet, through CNC processing and multiple bending technique, then assembled with bolts. It is featured with high mechanical strength, neat and elegant appearance, powder coating treated
door, good shock and corrosion resistance. Ingress protection level of the shell reaches IP4X.
Main switch of switchgear can be configured with VD4 vacuum circuit breaker and C3 series fixed type load switch from ABB corporation, also can be configured with many homemade vacuum circuit breakers (such as VS1, VH1, VK, ZN28) instead of overseas similar products.
No matter which circuit breaker selected, make sure that the air insulation distance of its bare conductor is larger than
125mm, and compound insulation is larger than 60mm. The breakers are featured with long service life, high parameters,
less maintenance, small size, etc.
This switchgear is applicable for three-phase power grid of AC 50Hz and class 3.6~12kV, used for electric energy receiving
and distribution, it controls, protects and monitors the circuits, can be used in single bus and single-bus segment system or
dual-bus systems. This switchgear complies with IEC298 Alternating-current metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for
rated voltage above 1kV and up to and including 52kV , IEC694 Common specifications for high-voltage switchgear and controlgear, GB3906 Alternating-current metal-enclosed switchgear for rated voltage of 3~36kV, DL404 Indoor AC high voltage switchgear panel, DIN.VDE0670 Alternating-current switchgear for rated voltage above 1kV, etc. It enjoys perfect and reliable anti-misoperation function.

Mechanical characteristics of VD4 and VS1-12 vacuum circuit breaker
When the circuit breaker is used to control the motor of 3~10kV, must apply metal-oxide arrester if the starting current is smaller than 600A, details should be determined by both users and manufacturer through negotiation. When the circuit breaker is used to disconnect the capacitor bank, rated current of the capacitor bank should not exceed 80% of rated current of circuit breaker.

3.Altitude: not exceed 4000m;
4.Seismic intensity: not beyond Ms8;
5The installation site should be free of fire, explosive danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion or severe vibration.
Special requirements beyond above conditions should be determined by both users and manufacturer through negotiation.
