Production overview

The M meter oil tank in S11 (m) adopts the fully sealed structure. Compared with the ordinary oil immersed transformer, the fully sealed Distribution Transformer cancels the oil conservator, and the wave fin of the oil tank replaces the oil pipe as the cooling and radiating element. The corrugated oil tank is made of high-quality cold-rolled sheet on the special production line, and the wave fin can expand and contract with the volume of transformer oil, So as to isolate the transformer from the atmosphere, prevent and slow down oil deterioration and insulation moisture, enhance operation reliability and avoid maintenance in normal operation. After degreasing, derusting and phosphating treatment, the surface of corrugated oil tank is coated with three anti paint, which is suitable for metallurgy, petrochemical, mining and other environments under use.
