Hl-Lcwd-35 Model Outdoor Oil-Immerse Current Transformer
1,General: LCWD-35 type current transformer is outdoor device of multi-winding, Oil-immersed and porcelain insulation. This current transformer is suitable for AC system with voltage 35kV, 50Hz. Maximum system voltage 36kVas measuring and protection for current and electric power. LCWD -35
2,Structure Summary: This body of current transformer was installed in the porcelain box filling with the transformer oil, the winding is "8" shape, the below of "8" shape is secondary winding with ring shape iron-core manufactured by steel band, the above of "8" shape is primary winding. The body of current transformer and porcelain box with four holes was installed rectangle pedestal made by welding. There is a oil-storage tank upside the porcelain box, the oil-storage tank , porcelain box and oil-storage connect with mechanical means, the joins point was sealed by rubber cushion with excellent elasticity, there is a oil meter upside the oil-storage cubicle, the oil meter show the height of oil with painting when the current transformer never be circulated and the ambient temperature is+20ºC, there is discharge-water stopper at the bottom of the oil-storage cubicle to discharge the coagulate water, and there is a safe gas-channel on the oil-storage cover that will open automatically when excessive pressure inner, there is contact on the wall of oil-storage, the mark L1 means start point and L2 means terminal ,L1start point was insulated by porcelain cover and oil-storage cubicle, and L2 connect with the oil-storage cubicle directly. There is over-current protecting device on shunt-wound installation with primary winding in oil-storage tank; its main function is preserve the insulation between primary windings from damage thanks to over-current caused by wire-impact current. The outgoing end marks of secondary wind are K1 and K2, when primary current flow from L1to L2, secondary current flow from K1 to K2 through secondary load. For prevent the porcelain from damaging of flash current, the current transformer was installed discharging clearance corporately with discharging voltage, the upper protecting electric pole was installed on oil-storage tank, and underside protecting electric pole was installed on pedestal. There is oil-discharging cover on pedestal using for discharging the oil of transformer, four bolts and flying rings on pedestal provided for hanging up the current transformer.
