STRUCTURE FEATURES
Iron core
The core is made of a cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity grain orientation. The iron core is

a core type iron core with full inclined joints. The iron core column is a circular section of multi-level steps, and the iron yoke and the iron core are equal sections.

Winding
The winding adopts a corrugated oil duct, no paint dipping process, and binding with tightening belt; The windings are

concentric coils; The high-voltage winding has a tap corresponding to the tap voltage requirements, which is led to

the tap switch. The switch is installed on the box cover, and the tap voltage can be changed only after the power

supply is cut off.

Safety protection device
---Transformers in all capacity sections are equipped with pressure relief valves

---Gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements.

Oil temperature measuring device
---All transformers are equipped with tube sockets of glass thermometer, which are set at the top of the oil tank and

extend into the oil for 120 ± 10mm

---10002000kva transformer is equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer.

Transformer oil tank
---The transformer oil tank is composed of the corrugated wall, the surface is sprayed with dust and the paint film is

firm. Corrugated heat sinks not only have a cooling function but also have a "breathing" function. The elasticity of

corrugated heat sink can compensate for the change of transformer oil volume caused by temperature rise and fall.

Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oil conservator, which reduces the overall height of the transformer

---When the transformer is sealed in the vacuum, the moisture is not completely removed. It can effectively prevent

oxygen and moisture from invading the transformer, resulting in the decline of transformer insulation performance

and the aging of transformer oil, and improve the reliability of transformer operation.
