Our company has developed a new set of 10kV High Voltage prepayment metering device. The device is suitable for high-voltage metering users between various transformer capacity levels. It can realize various relay protection, and has the characteristics of high metering accuracy, stable operation and low cost.

---ZW32-12JL outdoor column prepayment integrated circuit breaker is an outdoor power distribution equipment with rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used to open and close the load current, overload current and short-circuit current of high-voltage metering users. At the same time, it has the functions of metering and prepayment. It is applicable to urban and rural end users for protection and control.



Performance Advantages

The rated current of ZW32-12JL / 630 prepaid circuit breaker is 630A (also produced according to customer requirements), and the rated short-circuit breaking current is 25kA. Cooperating with the controller, it can cut off the normal load current. At the same time, it can cut off the short-circuit current as the backup protection of the transformer.

Use Enviroment
1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit + 40 ºC, lower limit - 40 ºC, and the difference of 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed 35 ºC

2. The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is + 40 ºC. At a lower temperature, there can be higher humidity: when the average minimum temperature of the wettest month is + 25 ºC, the average maximum relative humidity is 90%;

3. The pollution level is level III;

4. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m;

5. The operation site shall be free from strong vibration and impact, corrosive metal and harmful gas damaging insulation, serious dust, conductive particles and explosive substances.
